ESP hardened expandable baton 16'' (ExB-16H-BK BH-54)

Professional tempered telescopic baton type Friction Loc with a length of 16 inches. Comes with a professional, detachable handle BH-54 fitted with a mount UBC-5 with Quick Change System. Direct coercive measure dedicated to investigators, government employees, secret agents working in a civilian capacity. Handle - soft grip type H made of elastomer in color black. Mcladding z anti-allergic and anti-slip synthetic rubber lies well in the hand, also does not slip from wet hands. Strong, secure grip allows for precise movements during use.

BH-54 handle - baton can be carried submitted or unfolded in vertical, horizontal as well as any other. The patented design allows the holster to rotate a full 360° and blocking in one of 16 items. The carrier is made of heavy-duty (heavy-duty), hardened polypropylene in color black.

UBC-05 - fixing retractable on the belt Quick Change System. Allows quick release of the attachment z hitch handle BH-54 and exchange for any different (m.in. flashlight or gas holder) equipped with a rotating mechanism Quick Change. Fits belts from 32 to 60 mm (police belt / duty belt). Patented design allows pinned equipment to rotate a full 360° in one of 16 defined positions. The mount is equipped with two adjustment screws, with which we lock the handle in the in order to avoid shifting of equipment on the belt, for example, while running.

Steel - tensile resistant Cro-Mo 4130 low carbon alloy containing chromium and molybdenum (withstands high tensile, bending and tearing loads). In the production of the components, the following were used seamless tubes cold-drawn CSN 12060 grade (Czech standard) = CK55 - DIN 17200, C55E - EN 10083-1 + A1 from Cro-Mo 4130 steel.

Hardness - the steel parts have been hardened to a hardness of 40-50 HRC, this guarantees high resistance of the baton to deformation during intensive use.

Coating - metal parts of the baton are coated with characterized by high resistance abrasion resistant layer nickel-zinc (Ni-ZN) in color black.

Important! Refers to new telescopic batonsj. Due to the fit of the seamless tubes there may be difficulties associated with the first closure. To make the bar work efficiently and correctly arrived we recommend spreading it out several times without using excessive force.
