BH-55 – professional rotating holder for a expandable baton. Equipped with a belt-slide transport mount UBC-05 featuring the Quick Change System for rapid release. Designed for Friction Loc batons in 23" and 26" lengths. Allows the baton to be carried in both folded and extended positions – vertically, horizontally, or at any chosen angle.
UBC-05 – universal belt-slide mount. It allows for quick release of the BH-55 holder from the UBC-05 mount and its replacement with another holder compatible with the rotating Quick Change System (e.g., a flashlight, spray, or magazine holder, etc.). The UBC-05 mount fits most belts with a width of 32–50 mm, and after removing the limiter, also belts up to 60 mm wide (e.g., police belt / duty belt). To prevent the equipment from shifting on the belt, for example while running, the mount is equipped with two adjustment screws that secure the UBC-05 firmly in the selected position. The patented design allows the holder to rotate a full 360° in one of 16 predefined positions. The force required for rotation can be adjusted by tightening the screw according to individual preference. The ability to set the optimal angle enhances carrying comfort and enables quick and efficient access in situations requiring an immediate response.
Steel - high-tensile strength Cro-Mo 4130 low-carbon alloy containing chromium and molybdenum, known for its excellent resistance to stretching, bending, and tearing forces. The components are made from seamless cold-drawn tubing classified as CSN 12060 (Czech Standard) = CK55 – DIN 17200, C55E – EN 10083-1 + A1, produced from Cro-Mo 4130 steel.
Hardness – steel components are hardened to 40–50 HRC, ensuring high resistance to deformation during intensive use.
Coating – the metal components of the baton are finished with a highly wear-resistant black nickel-zinc (Ni-Zn) coating, providing enhanced durability and abrasion resistance.
Important! Applies to a new telescopic baton. Due to the precise fit of seamless tubes, the baton may offer resistance during its first folding. To ensure proper operation, we recommend spreading it out several times without using excessive force.
